Cosy Cottage By The Sea
Cliffside Cottage in Cowes is a period English Country Cottage with a traditional well kept, garden only a stone's throw from (ten second walk) and overlooking Cowes Beach, Princes Green and The Solent on the northern tip of the Isle Of Wight.
This coastal area of the Solent is where the summer sailing activities take place, particularly the world- famous annual Cowes Week Regatta.
Cliffside is the perfect location for a long traditional English seaside holiday, a short break away, or just a comfortable night's sleep, as one of your stops around the Isle Of Wight, as part of your sailing, walking, or cycling trip.
Cliffside Cottage is operated primarily on a B&B basis and for only one set of guests at a time. So you get use of pretty much the entire property to yourselves, just with me in it, usually.
The master bedroom is huge and perfect for couples or singles. If you are a bigger group and want to stay with additional family or friends who are happy with single beds then just add one or two additional guests which will automatically make the 'Children's' bedroom available for them. The Children's bedroom has two single beds which are fine for most adults happy with a single bed, especially sailors, walkers, cyclists etc but probably not very elderly or infirm adults, although some elderly guests have very happily used it. This room also looks over the garden and has a sea view.
I am based here so as standard its usually just the Master bedroom and Children's room that are available for booking. However by very special arrangement its sometimes possible to rent the entre property, enquire via email/message to discuss your requirements.
Significant discounts are available for the winter and out of season months, as well as for longer term stays such as for potential lodgers needing a place for a few weeks or months, just message me with your preferred dates and to discuss your requirements for a quote customised specifically to your needs.
