Includes Mini Kettle, Mugs, Tea & Coffee, Hairdryer. 4 Towels provided. Bolt Lock so the bedroom is lockable from the inside. - One smaller spare bedroom/study is available when you search/book for 3 or 4 guests. It's perfect for a children's bedroom since has 2 single beds but still fine for 2 adults happy with single beds. - One double bedroom is mine (but I can vacate for Xmas 2023 if you want the place to yourself :). - Bathroom for your exclusive use (so is 'en-suite' really), with a modern spacious shower enclosed with a screen (no bath). Water system, much more efficient than before, with brand new boiler & water tank/cylinder and pipes, so water is now always hot & heating heats up fast. - New! This listing is officially for the Master Bedroom, Bathrooms, Dining room & Kitchen & Garden & Patio area & all listed amenities BUT you are welcome to access/use the rest of it & also book the second bedroom for an additional fee (just choose 3 or 4 guests when you search/book). I live here so this is my main residence and i currently work from home (although that could well change 'any minute'). So currently I'm generally around and available. My bedroom is out of bounds since is my room but all/most other rooms are or can be made available for my guests. Kitchen & Bathroom is obviously for full use by guests. The dining room table will be laid for breakfast every morning with both muesli and cornflakes on offer and usually croissants and tea and coffee available too. Quiet road leading up from the sea with a tree-filled municipal green/park on one side of the road (looking out over the sea) and residential only buildings on the other side of the road including this one, Cliffside Own parking space, and usually more on the road too. Short nice walk along the beach and then parade and into the town (Cowes) high street. The dining room will be laid for breakfast every morning with Cereals & Milk & Orange Juice etc. There will also be croissants available. There's also a mini-kettle in the master bedroom with two mugs and tea bags, milk, etc.
