Cliffside Cottage is located on Mornington Road, just up from the beach.

If you are travelling to Cowes via the Red Jet high-speed passenger ferry, it's only about a 15 to 20 minute walk along the High Street and then the seafront.

Take a right onto the High Street soon after you leave the Red Jet terminal, then walk along the High Street until you get to the Union Pub and take a right turn down to the RNLI Lifeboat station, and you will find yourself on The Parade.

Walk along the Parade and Seafront, past the Royal Yacht Squadron, and you will soon find yourself on the beach, approximately five minutes beyond the RYS.

Walk along the beach until you reach the Cabin On The Green cafe, the only building on the beach, so it's very easy to identify.  The road directly opposite the cafe is Mornington Road, and Cliffside Cottage is only a few seconds' walk up Mornington Road on the right-hand side. 

The fence has a white sign on it saying 'Cliffside 4', and I have put some maritime flags and some bunting up along the fence and the gates to help identify it.
